&lt;p&gt;You mention RPC Activity but what counter specifically? There is RPC Operations, RPC Requests etc..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;None of these counters seem to match up with that baseline of 0.25, to my knowledge a&amp;nbsp;busy server has about +2000 RPC Operations/Sec and there should never be more then 25-50 RPC Requests/Sec (100 is the max)&lt;/p&gt;
